By placing an order with Bright Star Laundry, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
- Bright Star Laundry offers free pick up and delivery service for order above AED 50. A nominal transportation fee will be charged if order below this amount.
- We will do our best to accommodate your preferred pick-up and delivery times, but we cannot guarantee exact timings due to potential traffic and logistical delays.
- If no one is available at the delivery address during the agreed time, we will reschedule for a later time, and additional fees may apply.
- Drivers count bags, not individual items. A formal count and inspection happen at the facility.
- Normal Service will take 2 days to return the clothes.
- Express Service provides same day or next day for an additional fee.
- Carpet, Curtain, Shoes, Wedding Dress, & Special dress take more than 4 days.
- Bright Star laundry follow care item label instructions as closely as possible. If an item lacks a care label, we will clean it using our best judgment, but we will not be held responsible for any resulting damage.
- Bright star laundry is not liable for any claim from following customer instructions
- Bright Star laundry handle your items with the greatest care, in the unlikely event of a lost or damaged item, our liability shall not exceed five (5) times the charge for cleaning the item in question regardless of brand, price or condition. Total aggregate liability is capped at AED 500/-
- Any claims for lost or damaged items must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
- If items are not collected or delivered within 30 days, Bright Star Laundry reserves the right to dispose of the items without further notice.
- Payment is due upon delivery of your items. We accept cash on delivery, credit and debit cards, bank transfer, and online link payments.
- Please ensure all personal items (such as money, jewelry, or other valuables) are removed from garments before sending them for cleaning. Bright Star Laundry is not responsible for loss or damage to any personal belongings left in the items.
- Bright Star Laundry is not responsible for delays or inability to perform our services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, accidents, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
- Bright Star Laundry cannot guarantee successful stain removal.
- Bright Star Laundry cannot guarantee against color bleeding, color loss, and shrinkage of the item.
